Kinnectar (ABN 81 851 933 149), Australia, makes printed family storybooks with voice-note QR codes. Contact: hello@kinnectar.com.au.
Only to make your book, print it, remind you during the 14-day window, and send you copies of the voices and photos. We do not listen to the recordings. We may read the short printed story (made from a transcript) before the book goes to print. We do not sell this data. We do not use family audio to train public AI models. Stripe processes the card; we never store full card numbers.
Customer files sit in private cloud storage, not on a public website. Search engines are told not to index audio or the family recording page.
QR codes in the printed book use a stable, hard-to-guess play link so a phone can open the recording years later. Those links are not the same as the 7-day download links in your email.
Raw unprocessed audio and working logs are deleted about 30 days after we fulfil the order. The print-ready clips that the QR plays are kept so the book still works.
If you send a child’s photo, we use it only for your book and the download pack you receive. You confirm you have the right to include that photo.
After the book ships you get a zip of the voices and photos. Links in that email expire after 7 days. Keep the zip.
Email hello@kinnectar.com.au if you want a copy of what we hold for your order, or want something deleted that is not needed for a printed QR to keep working.
